Chopped Cherry Salad with nutritionist Le’Nise Brothers

This chopped cherry salad is packed with period friendly nutrients and has a bonus Italian twist that is sure to get your mouth watering!

The salad contains 100g of fresh cherries, full of nutrients that support healthy and regular periods, with 3% of your daily requirement of iron, 7% of your daily requirement of copper, and 8% of your daily requirement of vitamin C. You’ll also benefit from the healthy fats and proteins in the mozzarella. As well as the eggs, avocado and macronutrients that help the body know that it’s safe enough to have a regular period.

Method

Arrange all chopped ingredients and the fresh cherries on a platter in straight lines, in whatever design you like.
Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing together until fully combined.
Drizzle the dressing onto the salad to taste.
